Chardonnay grapes fermented in new oak barrels. The fruity Sauvignon Blanc adds a pleasant lightness to the fully ripe, characterful Chardonnay and supplements it with fine hints of spice and ripe acidity. The result out of this combination is a refined, fruity white wine with great potential
